Hi Steven,
Thank you for relaying the information. You’re right this project is a fantastic collaboration. The full process was indeed amazingly fast and responsive. So, the best way not to miss the eventual "next time" is to keep an eye on Drew and Gavin’s blogs (… and of course on the other 100 – time to load that RSS feed reader!). ; )

Hi Guys, thanks for your feedback. I saw the extra delivery options. If I paid like $150 extra the book would be here in 2 days or so
But there’s nu urge. Would be nice, but I can read it after my vacation as well

Hi Steven … there are a number of delivery options (of course the fastest costs the most). My early proof copy got to Australia VERY quickly.
You may know we are planning on doing a follow up starting next Spring, so please make sure to keep an eye out for the call for authors!
